All items are bought from USA wholesalers, vendors, or liquidators. All items are made for the American market. When buying any clothing use the size chart as a guide.
If you purchase any item and use it in any other way than its intended use; and repurpose it for a use in which it was never originally intended for; we hold no accountability.

If you buy any item with the intention of repurposing it; be advised that it may damage or alter the item. Repurposed items maybe rendered useless for future use. All clothing includes tags that reference how care for your item. Please follow all care instructions on how to wash, dry, and detergents need for optimal care of your clothing. Not following the care instructions may alter or damage your clothing. We are not liable for items that are not properly cared for (i.e machine washing a dry clean only item).
SECTION 7 - ITEM INSPECTION DISCLAIMER AND AGREEMENT
All merchandise are inspected by our staff to assure quality. All merchandise we sell IS brand new, free from stains, fragrances, or orders. Please inspect your items to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. If your are unsatisfied with your order please notify us immediately for the following reasons:

If a customer notifies us via phone it will be followed up by an e-mail from a FASHION XOXO staff member. All customers making a return must use our return labels this only way we accept returns. If a customer waives the right to use our return label and ship on their own terms with or within tracking the customer thereby assumes all liability responsibility. The customer understands that ultimately if there was no proof of return that this may deny eligibility for a store credit.
Once we have received your return depending on the nature of the return the following 50% restocking fees will apply for the following items:

Normal Payment processing can take up to 0-3 business days to clear , ECHECK Payment can up to 6 business day to clear depending on location . If customer has not received their merchandise after 8 business days after receiving tracking there your item can be either stuck in transit ,lost or neither. First contact the carrier after calling them we may ask you for your case number and will make an additional inquiry that may take up to seven business days. If the carrier cannot find or locate your package Fashion XOXO will gladly offer our customer a full store credit
If your order(S) has been delivered by one the following carrier: USPS, UPS, or DHL FASHION XOXO cannot be held responsible. All order stated delivered by reliable carriers isn’t considered lost but completed transition. Customer must make sure there are either home or have a secure place for his/her package. Customer should do the following if a package is delivered:

Delays can occur but are not limit to billing address, stock level, pending payment clearing, and etc. FASHION XOXO doesn’t give refunds for shipping if your order doesn’t arrive on the date stated by the carrier according to all carrier they have the sole authority to adjust and change delivery date due to volume in the means.

You have 30 days from date of Shipment to contact us for any shipping concerns. After day 31 we assume that all order(s) were delivered. Some domestic orders take up to 1-12 business day to arrive. Some International orders can take up 8-20 business days to arrive. Arrival time starts the day tracking is received not the date of purchase. We will have limited options at this time. Most orders clear up within a few days. Once Fashion XOXO hand over order(s) to one of theses carriers( USPS, UPS, DHL ,) We only have the same information stated on your tracking. Most orders arrive onetime, sooner or within the timeframe. Please allow 8 business days minimum before contacting us. If your order hasn’t arrived after the time allocated of 8 business days we will make inquiry about your package. You have 30 days from receipt to Initiate with us . You the customer agree that you will make contact with us if you wish to Return your unwanted Merchandise thats (unsued, unwashed or dry-clean , free of the following buy not limit to Body odor ,perfume, fragrance free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear that may Warrant and item unnew or un sellable Customer understand that if Merchandise is sent back in any of the condition listed or making a item un-sellable return may be reject or may subject to a 50% restocking fee minus shipping. Customer agree to send back all items any Merchandise that is missing or damage FASHION XOXO Reserves the right to reject or may subject return to 50% restocking fee .Customer agree to report any item that he/she may believe is Missing/ defective /damaged if we are not contact within 3 days of receipt no credit will be issued , it will be at the discretion of FASHION XOXO
Customer agree when payment is made that in order to get store credit you must send back all unwanted items. FASHION XOXO doesn’t deny returns that follow under our easy return policy it’s required to receive items back to get store credit.
Customer must get it contact within 30 day of receipt and wait for us to reply within 24 hours not exceeding 72 hours on weekends and holidays . Customer always should following up after their first initial inquiry has been made if they haven’t received a label. We cannot responsible for a customer waits 31 days to follow up on a return. Until items are back in the possession of FASHION XOXO will assume customers doesn’t want a return because it’s your merchandise.
STALE RETURN when a customer sends back unwanted items without getting confirmation and authorization they are subject to restocking fees of up to 50%. Stale returns run the risk that items may not have been sent to correct shipping address. Refunds can’t be processed until merchandise is back in FASHION XOXOs possession. Stale returns are unauthorized and gives FASHION XOXO the full right to reject, send back, or assess a restocking fee of up to 50%. Unauthorized after 18o days will be returned to sender. All stale return are handle case by case , customer acknowledge that they waive there rights when not following agreed upon 30 day returns policy of FASHION XOXO when checking out.
