To process a return, please follow these simple steps:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send back to us unwanted items within 30 days of the shipment date. Get your store credit! Original shipping fees are non-refundable if applicable.
We can only authorize one return label once per order.

Returns are processed within 6 business days after your item(s) are received into our distribution center. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued an online store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card via email.
Because we can't ensure our that will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to us. we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. If you do see the desire style/size/color we strongly Recommend you repurchase
Yes we do , After you you initiate the return we will e-mail you a prepaid label you will have six (6) business days to return unwanted items to us. On the Seven (7) day label will automatically be voided .
We Only offer one label pre- order.
All packages returned to us due to an invalid address will be restocked and you will be issued an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to reship an order as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. You can use the E-Gift Card to place an additional order to the corrected address; however we do not guarantee that items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
Fashion xoxo requires items to be returned within 30 days of original receipt. Returns received after 30 days are considered authorized returns. authorized returns by mail are subject to being rejected and returned the sender. Alternatively, if the cost returning the item to your attention exceeds the then current value of the item, Fashion xoxo will apply a 50% restocking fee to the item(s) when processed. An E-Gift Card for the remaining balance will be issued following our normal returns process.
We offer store credit via an E-Gift Card instead. Please treat E-Gift Cards like cash.

Our price changes in response to current fashion trends, stock on hand , demand on item and various promotions. This being the case we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.
You can ask a friend , Neighbor , work or etc . We can not issue refund without return Merchandise no exemptions .
